What a fun way to spend a beautiful fall afternoon! I had the opportunity to take a few shots for one of the counselors from Bowie Youth and Family Services. We had lovely fall sunshine and the first comfortably warm day in the week. We found a shady spot under the established trees on the lawn of Kenhill Center and got to work. After only a bit, it felt much less like work, and much more like a chance to enjoy the afternoon with a very professional therapist who is willing to show her playful and fun side! The breezes that tossed leaves and hair around gave her a chance to enjoy that fun side.
Photographing a therapist also brought up the question: Does a photographer have to put on a therapist's hat during a shoot? Sometimes it feels like it. Has anyone else ever experienced that feeling?
